Past projects.

This portfolio showcases a small selection of past projects spanning needs analysis, eLearning design, onboarding programs, and go-to-market enablement. Each example highlights my approach to building strategic, user-centered learning experiences that drive product adoption, sales effectiveness, and customer success. While some work is redacted for confidentiality, the samples reflect the depth and versatility of my design process.​

Needs analysis.

Developed a comprehensive needs analysis for a new product release, identifying skill gaps, resource needs, and training opportunities to equip the Customer Success team with the knowledge and tools to drive adoption and deliver a seamless customer experience.

Inside scoop.

This eLearning was designed as a short, introductory overview of new product features, created specifically for non-technical staff. The goal was to provide a clear, high-level understanding of the release—focusing on key benefits, use cases, and customer value—so teams across the organization could confidently speak to the new features and support global campaigns.

The content was developed in close collaboration with the Product Marketing Manager to ensure alignment with launch messaging and go-to-market priorities.

Sales enablement.

Created targeted sales enablement training to support two high-priority feature releases, aligning closely with Product Marketing and Sales leadership to ensure messaging, positioning, and objection handling were clear and consistent. The training included interactive modules, quick-reference guides, and use-case scenarios—featuring short videos, product demonstrations, GIFs, and annotated screenshots to bring key features to life and enhance retention.

Video creation.

Partnered with Product, Product Marketing, and Sales to develop the script for product overview videos. The scripts were designed to align with launch messaging, highlight key value propositions, and support both internal enablement and customer-facing conversations.

Instructor-led training with virtual labs.

Led the development and execution of a global project plan to update and standardize all instructor-led training (ILT) courses across regions. Collaborated with a cross-functional team to align content, ensure consistency, and integrate virtual machines into each course, enhancing hands-on learning and scalability for both in-person and virtual delivery.​
