WHO I AM
I’m a Senior Learning Experience Designer with extensive experience leading end-to-end learning solutions for presales, sales, new product launches, customer success, professional services, and customer education. I specialize in designing impactful learning experiences that align with both business objectives and learner needs, using Agile methodologies and an iterative, evidence-based approach grounded in learning science.
With a strong track record of successfully managing global, high-visibility projects, I collaborate closely with stakeholders to ensure each solution is tailored, strategic, and results-driven. My focus is on creating innovative, learner-centered designs that solve real-world challenges and drive performance.
Fueled by curiosity and a passion for growth, I’m committed to continuous improvement—both in my own practice and within the teams I work with.

As a passionate instructional designer, I strive to improve my expertise with every design, regardless of modality (virtual, synchronous/asynchronous, self-paced, instructor-led and more).
My projects - both solo and collaborative - incorporate mastery of adult learning theory and learning science, instructional design frameworks, innovative and engaging design and project and time management, giving me a competitive advantage in this industry.

I use instructional design models such as design thinking, ADDIE, Bloom's Taxonomy and more to successfully complete projects.

I incorporate my mastery of learning science and adult learners in each of my projects.

I have experience creating learning needs assessments and using data to create or revise learning designs.

I successfully manage multi-faceted large and small-scale projects, including learning designs, staff training, conferences, events, and more.

For each of my past projects, I have successfully collaborated with various stakeholders and subject-matter experts in order to ensure the desired end result.

I am confident in creating learning designs "from scratch" and revising designs to meet new demands.

Understanding the importance of every user's right to access a learning design, inclusive and accessible design are central tenet's to my work.
