As a Senior Learning Experience Designer with a Harvard certification, I’ve had the privilege of creating innovative learning solutions for sales teams, product teams, customer success, professional services, and customer education.
I specialize in leading end-to-end designs in fast-paced SaaS environments, with a focus on GTM and product enablement. By applying adult learning theory, user-centric design, and agile development practices, I build scalable, impactful learning experiences that drive engagement, accelerate readiness, and deliver measurable business outcomes.

I have a passion for creating scalable, strategic learning that drives real business impact. I’ve led global enablement initiatives across startups and enterprise tech, supporting product adoption, sales readiness, and customer education.
My background in education and my Master’s in Curriculum & Instruction prepared me to design learning experiences that directly address user needs and pain points—ensuring every solution is purposeful, relevant, and effective.
My work spans eLearning, instructor-led and virtual training (ILT/VILT), technical documentation, multimedia, and hands-on training with virtual labs and virtual machines. I collaborate closely with Product, Product Marketing, and Customer Success teams to build experiences that are user-centered, results-driven, and grounded in adult learning principles.
